This U. S. Army Corps of Engineers park is open year-round and has picnic sites, a basketball court, restrooms, and bank fishing access downstream from the Wilbur D. Mills Dam. It is available for day use only. The park is located 15 miles south of Gillett and 18 miles north of Dumas. Take U. S. Highway 165 to State Highway 212.
